3 Jan 2009: My First Day Gym in this Year

As promise to myself, that I need to improve my cardio. So decided to go to Gym today. Well first of all, I already paid the gym facilities every month. Need to used it or else waste my money.

The first Step going to gym is very hard. Too many roadblock/ something that holding me back.
a) Lazy to drive out.
b) Start hungry. I went to gym about lunch time (12:42). I love to eat.
c) Addicted to internet. Even doing nothing.
d) Afraid that I could not achieve my target. Denying myself to accepting the truth.

Not bad for today. I manage to finish an hour of Elliptical Trainer. Not bad as a start. It killing me for the last 20 minutes.

Then I do my normal weight exercise which is the chest and triceps.

Cooling down is walk 500m.

This is the goal that I have achieve for today.

Sometimes doing the exercise is not work on your physical and also your mental. I always try to trick my brain by focusing on the TV program provided by the Gym facilities.

I will working on this routine for the next 2 weeks(14 days). I try to make it in the morning session. There will be a check point on 17 January 2008.
